They rip me off $$$ for a smart meter and getting help to check it cost $50 dollars and ever since the ssmart meter my bill is higher and higher. No one helps from TVA or Pennyrile itself! The lady in the window at Cadiz is disrespectful and argumentative. all the managers are one sided as if the money comes out of their pocket to pay my electric bill. I never seen americans hurting americans like this before
