I was a patient here about two years ago and always had great treatment and treated very nice and professional. We moved away for several years due to my husband work. We are back now and I tried to resume care with this clinic. I called in got the new patient packet filled it out got it back the next day. This was over 1.5 months ago. Dr Reggie always take excellent care of me and my husband . Great staff too !!!
Our family of five receives the best care at Pennypacker Family Care. Scheduling has always been easy and it’s not weeks or months wait like some other providers. Reggie is a good listener and is thorough, not one to rush or jump to a conclusion without careful consideration. All the staff are friendly and great to work with. They have gone above and beyond with pharmacy or lab issues. Highly recommend!
Carissa answers the phone. She is very unpleasant. She didn't even ask who my son was or his date of birth just informed me that they are not seeing new patients.
