Reggie and Tonya saved my life. Once they thought there might be a problem they went to work to find out for sure. They went above and beyond scheduling appointments and tests until the problem was found and treatments started. 6 months later I’m alive and well!! Thank you both for all you did.

Pennypacker canned me as a patient after 15 years because I had missed like 4-5 apps over a span of several years, though I rescheduled them all. No notice and wouldn't refill any meds while I try to find another provider. Cold hearted treatment.

I have gone here for a couple years and also my mother also goes here. Multiple time in the last 6 months we have had several instances of prescription, procedures, follow ups not getting where they need to go without calling the nurses back. Had stat test run on a Friday and finally had to call a week later fir the results. Same issues with my elderly mother. Shouldn't have to chase down prescription that never get to the pharmacy or results to test.

I was a patient here about two years ago and always had great treatment and treated very nice and professional. We moved away for several years due to my husband work. We are back now and I tried to resume care with this clinic. I called in got the new patient packet filled it out got it back the next day. This was over 1.5 months ago.
