Zero stars - I wired the pay off amount because they could not do it on line. Now they are saying they did not receive the wire transfer even though I provided a confirmation number. Then they said sorry we will have to calll you back, which they did not do. Following up from Pennymac reply - I have sense texted the line twice. A automated service replies saying someone will reach out to me which they have not done. UNACEPTABLE If you are looking to refi or are a morgage broker do not use the services of this company!

Is I could give 0 stars i absolutely would! God forbid you ever have an insurance claim on your home with this company! We started our roof claim and Laundry room claim in earlier February they are still dragging their feet in getting me the $$ to finish the claim! My 8 month pregnant wife and 3 toddlers have been displaced out of our home since end of Jan! We are currently having to rent an air bnb & pay our mortgage as the house had an active water leak and mold in our laundry room that was keeping our 1 year old sick all ... read more
