Is I could give 0 stars i absolutely would! God forbid you ever have an insurance claim on your home with this company! We started our roof claim and Laundry room claim in earlier February they are still dragging their feet in getting me the $$ to finish the claim! My 8 month pregnant wife and 3 toddlers have been displaced out of our home since end of Jan! Bad customer service
If I could get a different lender I would. They constantly screw up payments and made an unauthorized withdrawl that overdrew my bank and caused a huge issue that took dats to fix and then blamed me for it. Then they reported my account as deliquent and I took a massive credit hit even though the account was current. Their app is garbage and is loaded with issues they never fixed. Loan process was extremely complicated for even a small amount. Then after receiving the loan I have received nonstop mailers claiming to be from PennyMac asking me to call urgently regarding a matter with my loan. When I do, it’s just trying to sell me mortgage protection. I’m receiving several phone calls per day trying to sell me protections or other loan products all referencing my PennyMac loan. I don’t believe your information is safe with this lender.
