Not sure what pennymac in cali my mortgage is attached to but when i call to schedule a payment i honestly don't have the time to speak to representative about equity in my home nor do i want to take anymore money out. I'm just paying my monthly bill as always w automated system. Stop trying to sell me stuff. Its very discouraging. Your automated system is dumb to begin with. Maybe try to update it. In the meantime don't ever dare ask me these questions again. Just let me pay my bill..

They are a mortgage lender that doesn't have online payments, how are you supposed to pay on vacation? Don't bother with this bank.
Terrible customer service while trying to give them a chance to stay with them. Closing with a new lender on Friday in about 48 hrs and I reached out to them on Monday to see there offers out of respect and the communication I have received or should I say not received from loan officer Susan Aowrang is the worst I have ever experienced.
Do yourself a favor don't get a mortgage from this company. They operate like the worst criminals on the planet if they're interested in getting your property, they will send people in your property while your property is in good standing under property preservation, and vandalize your property.
