I was content with this company until…. 5 representative and 1 supervisor later my issue is still not resolved. To the point the reps there don’t read notes nor know what the process is to do anything. I work customer service and the fact that months later I can’t get something so simple as a name change done is ridiculous. Prime example 1 hand don’t know what the other is doing smh…. I definitely won’t be moving forward with them purchasing my second home
Unfortunate first time homebuyer experience. My partner and I attempted to assume a loan for a house. The process was two months of poor communication, an extended closing date, repeated document uploads, false promises, and lots of frustration - just for us to be denied a week before our supposed closing date. And yet another update since you people are impossible to get any help from. I just got notified you falsely reported us late on our credit report AGAIN. I am getting a lawyer count your days. We have bank statements to prove we never paid late this is RIDICULOUS. UPDATE another update: I have disputed my false report on my credit 3 times and also filed a complaint with the better business bureau with proof I never paid late and THEY KEEP DENYING MY DISPUTE.
