I've been a customer of PennyMac for about 3-4 years now. After changing my homeowners insurance in September 2019, PennyMac double charged my escrow account for $1019. The first payment should have gone out to my new insurance company and it did. But, the second random charge never actually left PennyMac's organization and here I am spending countless hours tying to resolve this so I can get my money back. The money never left the company, it simply disappeared into PennyMac limbo. I'm very disappointed with the company rig... read more
Absolutely great! I closed my loan in the time frame I was told we were going to do this. Everybody was Polite, Prompt, & Professional... There are so many lenders out there... But for all you U.S. Military Veterans.... I say give them a try! I'm an USAF Military Veteran and they helped me get into my home. When it comes down to it... Would I recommend Penny Mac? .... Without a doubt! Thanks Penny Mac!
