Fantastic experience at this awesome hotel! Downtown St Louis is clean and nice, this hotel is wonderful. I was here for 3 nights celebrating a wedding, exceptional service and warm welcome from all the staff. The front desk afternoon and late night were super helpful and friendly. Also, special thanks to Nia and Kaylee the breakfast servers! Hard working and courteous, nice hospitality. Thank you Nia and I wish you a rewarding and joyous experience while working in St Louis my hometown!
Meet a co worker of my friend server was nice as well I found free parking on the side street as was late at night when we got there not sure what time the charge but it was nice to not have to pay to park that night
The entire staff was fantastic. Nia was very attentive despite a busy morning. Kayla was also a great team player! I was very impressed with them for there cool under pressure and the ability to make each customer feel important! Well Done.
