Less then 1 star. You can NEVER reach a live person. I have been trying to get on their website and it apparently no longer exists. We have an account and I was simply trying to reorder and can't. This company is AWFUL.
I had simply asked for a shipping status on an order that I had placed 11 days prior(ordered on 12/20, sent e-mail on 12/31). Here is my e-mail. "I have an order from 11 days ago that doesn't even show shipped. I really need these ASAP. Could you please get me a status. My order number is 25757". Apparently that was so bad of a question that they disabled my account. Their response was "11 days ago?
