This is a very unprofessional company, they use poor quality windows and charge you alot of money, when you call and complain they talk to you in a very dirsespectful. way. Business response:
We have attempted many times, the last being yesterday, to schedule an appointment with this customer to go over the issues he is having with the windows. We know there are stickers that need to be removed but do not know why they would be leaking air. We want to sent a service man, the installer and one of the owners out, but he says no unless we are going to replace the windows. He refuses to allow us to inspect the work.
Penny Window replaced the top sash of a double hung, vinyl, Alside brand window. This was an insurance claim (storm damage); I presumed Penny Window would supply a new window sash of an equivalent quality as the damaged sash. Instead, they installed a poor quality, inferior sash that fogged up after about six years (the glass in the lower sash that was not damaged is still crystal clear). I spoke with ***** at Penney Window and his only solution was to replace the glass at a cost to me of $125-$250.
Penny Window has a 3.7 star rating with 155 reviews.
Penny Window is closed now. It will open at 8:00 a.m.
