This is a very unprofessional company, they use poor quality windows and charge you alot of money, when you call and complain they talk to you in a very dirsespectful. way. They took money from my account without my permission so, please dont pay by credit or debit. with this company. Im taking them to civil court because of the poor customer service, poor quality windows, and non completion of work, you can feel air coming in from the top of the window, they didnt clean my when window or remove the stickers from the window ... read more

Penny Window replaced the top sash of a double hung, vinyl, Alside brand window. This was an insurance claim (storm damage); I presumed Penny Window would supply a new window sash of an equivalent quality as the damaged sash. Instead, they installed a poor quality, inferior sash that fogged up after about six years (the glass in the lower sash that was not damaged is still crystal clear). I spoke with ***** at Penney Window and his only solution was to replace the glass at a cost to me of $125-$250.

Please DO NOT USE this company. We spent $7000 upgrading our front picture window into a bay window, and had all the windows in the house replaced. Now years later, the Bay window seal is broken and I was told that window company went out of business and they cant do anything to help. Please use a company that guarentee's their work and product.

Great company, great people. If your looking for new windows or doors you would be smart to use this company. Do not use anyone else, if for some unknown reason one installer can't make it they will schedule another to come out that day. Thank you Penny Window for all the great and hard work your people have done.

The Owner is a Joke – When the owner came out and measured my windows, he measured wrong. Thank God the father & son team that was sent knew what they were doing. They did a great job installing the windows and the father even washed the windows for me. The installers were professional and courteous even to the point of trying to cover-up the fact that someone made a major mistake.
