I know Penny professionally as a fellow therapist who was in my level 3 cohort for Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Throughout this training and in the years since, she and I have collaborated professionally and have had many opportunities to consult with each other. I know her to be a skilled provider who cares deeply for her patients but who also has a wealth of knowledge and experience that makes her very effective. I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting growth and change n their life.
Penny and I trained together and completed our certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. We remain colleagues and friends. Penny practices from a place of great care and skill. She has a deep understanding of complex trauma and related mental health challenges that she approaches from a somatic and attachment perspective.
