Penny helped us find the house of our dreams, and also sell 2 homes that we lived in prior to that. We looked at a lot of homes before we found the right one and she was always just a phone call or text away. She is ready to act fast and be proactive in a competitive market. Penny will be by your side for each step and she is extremely knowledgeable. Her experience shows. She is always available and always has good comments to offer. Penny is very easy to talk to and pleasant to work with. She is very tech savvy as well and is very responsive to texts, e-mails and or calls. She will go out of her way to help. We would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
