Dr Turtel is an extremely caring professional. She takes her time with you and is excellent with follow through. I would highly recommend her.
One of the worst physician-patient experiences I have had. After an office visit where it was clear to me that the doctor was not paying complete attention to me, I made several attempts to reach out to her over issues in connection with medication she prescribed. I never received a call back from the doctor despite repeated requests. I have been under Dr. Turtel's care for almost three years and she is terrific. She listens and asks questions that show how much she cares about your wellbeing. Unlike other doctors who rush to write you a script and , she goes patiently over all your concerns, considers underlying causes, and discusses possible approaches. It's not always easy to get a regular/check-up appointment right away, but if there's an emergency she makes sure you see someone in the office who will then confer with her
Dr. Turtel is an excellent gastroenterologist! She is kind, caring, and extremely thorough. There is no limit on the time she spends carefully explaining and answering all of your concerns and questions. She instantly put you at ease and makes you feel comfortable with her and confident she will explore all avenues to help you. Her credentials reflect the treatment and overall comfort you will receive at your visit!
Dr. Turtel listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She is a kind, understanding and pleasant doctor. She has has helped me tremendously with her expertise in her specialty. I would highly recommend her. Wonderful doctor!
