10/10 for Penny’s! Our first time visiting the new Thai place and we’ll definitely be back! We were greeted at the door by the hostess and our server who walked us to our table. Once seated our server handed each of us a menu (rather than placing it on the table) and asked if we’d dined with them before. We enjoy the patio, however when a certain staff member is present and the weather is hot (because it's SUMMER), she refuses patio service.
