Very dishonest, has you sign a paper stating that. You're pleading guilty when she says that you're signing a paper pleading that you're not guilty. Honestly doesn't want to do her job and doesn't care about her clients. Never answers her phone. And text when she's in the middle of a case.
Dishonest. One sided. Does not do Home visits for both parties. She texts the entire time she is in court if she is not on stand. Goes off hear say instead of hard facts. Will go in a private room with one party during court breaks to make sure they are in the same page. DOES NOT look out for what’s in best interest of the child. Looks out for who she’s either payed off by or owes favors too and makes sure they look better and completely degrades the other party. Lies on stand. I've learned far too much about the legal professionals in this small town and Ms. Henderson has a very good reputation. That's useful as judges need to trust the GAL for guidance. Her rep is earned. She is humble, does her research and is a professional. She was so professional in fact that I wondered if she was favoring the other side when she was really just allowing us to shine - or hang ourselves. She was in other words focused on the children.
