Best Realtor in the market! We knew when we were thinking about selling our house that Penny was the obvious choice for a realtor. She knows the market, cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to make it happen. We knew going in it could take some time in this market but Penny put herself and her amazing team to work to find a buyer at a fair price. We could not have been more pleased with how it went. Also, she was able to put us in a new house that perfectly matched our needs!

Over the Top. Penny absolutely wowed us with the services she provided - from day one. The listing on our house included a beautiful drone arial presentation of our property, accompanied by a video walk about the interior of the house. She was always available for assistance. This woman knows her stuff and can run rings around all the rest. She was spot on with the market we were in and regardless of the nastiness of other agents and attitudes Penny was always very professional.

Great experience!! . Penny was super responsive and available on short notice to show properties. Super communicative and had an enormous amount of patience to see this deal through. Smooth closing that required some finagling. Much appreciate her expertise and highly recommend!
