Wonderful experience . We owned a beautiful, unique house in Henrietta. When my husband was transferred to Ohio in January, 2024, he moved. The family & I stayed until school was out in June. Best Realtor in the market! We knew when we were thinking about selling our house that Penny was the obvious choice for a realtor. Over the Top. Penny absolutely wowed us with the services she provided - from day one. The listing on our house included a beautiful drone arial presentation of our property, accompanied by a video walk about the interior of the house. She was always available for assistance. This woman knows her stuff and can run rings around all the rest. She was spot on with the market we were in and regardless of the nastiness of other agents and attitudes Penny was always very professional.
