We recently had our pool resurfaced, and the results are fantastic! Rich was professional, on time, and kept the area clean throughout the process. The new surface looks beautiful and smooth—like a brand-new pool. Great communication from start to finish, and the quality of their work really shows. I had a real problem with my pool pump. It literally was disintegrating. Plastic and metal had seen it's lifetime. All the folks I called had long response times or were way too expensive. I called PennyRich and they responded immediately, reviewed the situation, made a recommendation. I picked one and Roger shows up the next day and installs my new pool pump. Ultimately, because he took the time to ask the right questions, he was able to quickly diagnose my issue. It turned out to be the best case scenario and he got it resolved quickly.
