I highly recommend this company. Rich is a man of his word. Rich helped me with my pool after Hurricane Helene. I was flooded and my pool looked like the Black Lagoon. He replaced my pool pump and I hired him to resurface my large pool. Being close to the water he provided me with his pop-up insurance policy. The company was on time and executed the resurfacing perfectly with my new tile choices. The pool looks brand new. Thank you Rich.
Rich is easy to work with. I gave him my questions and he offered some options. I ultimately decided on a filter upgrade and salt chlorinator install. He had materials within the week and installed equipment in a day. Jobsite was cleaned back to original setting. Questions about new equipment and operation were answered at end of install. Very pleased and easy to work with, no BS
Rich replaced my pool pump and reworked some faulty DIY piping that a previous homeowner must have done. He is great to work with—he’s upfront about the costs, he doesn’t try to upsell you, and he will let you know what the timeline for the project will be. Highly Recommended!!
My husband & I were looking for a company to do a pool inspection for the house we were about to buy and they were the only company that didn't no call no show at the appointment time. So once we purchased the house, we called Penny Rich and had them re-marcite & re-tile our pool. Not only was his prices affordable and the pool looks absolutely amazing, they finished 2 weeks early than promised!! Since then they've replaced our timer & installed a pole.
