Awful, spent 30 minutes on the phone with them giving information about what we wanted. Was told agent was going on vacation and to send information about who was traveling etc and they would work on ideas to fit our budget and schedule. I sent information that also mentioned we were open to increasing budget and being more flexible with dates.
