Kim Terrio is the best travel agent! My husband and I enlisted her services to help plan our two week honeymoon spanning all over Italy. Awful, spent 30 minutes on the phone with them giving information about what we wanted. Was told agent was going on vacation and to send information about who was traveling etc and they would work on ideas to fit our budget and schedule. I sent information that also mentioned we were open to increasing budget and being more flexible with dates. My wife and I used them to book a tour to Ireland. They were terrific and I was able to pay it off in time. I'll never book through the internet like I have in the past again.
