I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before calling Lee at Penny Lane Plumbers who I asked to fit a simple hot water heater in a studio apartment. Apart from the fact that he charged top dollar for what should’ve been half a days work to most skilled contractors, he then was ringing me constantly throughout the day for final payment before the job was even finished [even after paying him a substantial deposit]. Absolutely disgusting. Charged an elderly vulnerable neighbour 500 pound to dismantle a shed and then when he came back today to finish off marched him up to a cash machine to take another 200 pound off him.
Ruined our bathroom, paid a lot of money to these aggressive cowboys, please do not use this company they also use other names Woolton builders & A2Z, Lee McCarroll & David McFarland, their intentions are not to solve your problem but to make it 100 times worst.
