That used to be an old school called Dubnoff center for child development it was a special education school now Penny Lane took over and they changed everything there used to be a blue statue in the middle of the yard when you walk through the gate there's also a swimming pool and a basketball court but the basketball courts been converted into a parking space

If you are looking to foster, please do NOT go to Penny Lane !! I wish I could give them 0 stars ! I have not received one phone call in 2 years while their employees have adopted 2 toddlers in the meanwhile. After I left they just lied to the new agency reg. having contacted me about fostering. They NEVER did ! Go somewhere else if you want results ! So disappointed....
In the late 1990s I went to the school help me a lot now I’m glad that they turn it into a faster homes for those who needs it!!
