Great store! Great people! If you need something they don't have they will order it. I love their tuna noodle and egg salad. Awesome mexicali dip, fresh delicious homemade chips. It's the only place in town you can get Mrs. Grasses French onion dip.

I'm big on customer service & twice I received TERRIBLE service! The first time I was ignored completely at the deli counter for several minutes. The second time the woman behind the deli counter threw my order at me then turned her back to me. The only saving grace were the cashiers. They were very kind. Looks like staff need training or they need new people to work the deli. �
Love this place. The selection and prices are great. The new owners could not be nicer or more helpful!
I've been going to Penny Lake for years since it was where the Marathon is now located. I really like the new owners... very customer oriented. They just saved my purse that I foolishly left behind. Very happy with the service there!

If you live in the lakes area, you need Penny Lake! We've lived here over 30 years and the New Owners are Great!! Their meat counter remains outstanding, not to mention Mark, Kyle, Juan and their whole staff! Rob and I give them a 10 out of 10!!
