I’ve been loving my yoga sessions with Penny — she’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Every class feels thoughtfully guided, and I always walk away feeling better in body and mind. And bonus points: her adorable dog Brodie is often around and brings such a calming, joyful vibe to the space. It’s like yoga therapy… with a super cute assistant! Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to deepen their practice or just feel more at peace.

Penny is the best yoga teacher I have ever been with! She is so inclusive, supportive and encouraging. She creates a beautiful, friendly and welcoming community. She often starts the class by providing each participant with an individual reflection and shares learnings for a peaceful, reflective and present life. I have met such beautiful, kind people from the class. Penny’s class has become something I look forward to every week.
