Over the last few years I have experienced a lot of hair loss and thinning and it got worse last year. I found Penny online and am so glad I found her. I’ve been meaning to give you an update on my scalp!!! So, I love the scalp cream you gave me. At the beginning, I was using it for a few days then slowing down when my flare ups subsided. I went to see Ms. Penny on 1/3/24. I am losing my hair due to change in hormones. Penny was so knowledgeable on the issues I am having. She suggested a shampoo and conditioner that was made by another Trichologist. She also gave me a sample. The product worked and I saw less hair loss on my wash day. She educated me that even though my hormones are changing it's also the products that I'm was using, and to induce my iron levels.
