Penny is Ana amazing human. She cares about her patients, spends the time to make sure they feel respected and important. It is rare nowadays to find a Dr who cares as much as she does.
Penny is awesome! Her staff are so friendly. They stay on top of paperwork. If I have a problem with a referral or authorization code, the slow down is not in Penny's office. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very friendly.
I was so worried and she out my mind at ease and validated me and my feelings. She spent so much time with me explaining everything that was going on
