Fantastic customer service. When they were unexpectedly out of a plant, they called me nearly immediately to give me options and assured me that it would be just as nice as what I had picked. The blooming plant that my Mom received was gorgeous and she was very happy with it. I'm not from the same area as this florist but they will be my new go-to florist when sending things to my family in the area.

They were able to do a delivery on Saturday for us. They are very helpful and price was reasonable for what we requested. I definitely will have them do all my floral in the future

Penny & Irene’s proves it is always best to use a local business! The flower arrangement was beautiful, with healthy plants. Delivery was beyond expectations! The business where the arrangement was going was closed the day it was to be delivered. The gentleman who was delivering it went out of his way to connect with someone to receive it the following day. I cannot say enough good things about Penny & Irene’s.
