Amazing transaction from start to finish. This was my first time sending flowers and I was afraid that they wouldn't make it to the destination on time. I noted that in the special instructions on the online order form. I received a call from someone at Penny and Irene's to insure me that it would and also to let me know about a substitution with one of the flowers. The bouquet arrived on time and was stunning. I definitely recommend Penny and Irene's.
Beautiful arrangement and prompt delivery.
Called me when they were not able to deliver and didn't leave the flowers on the porch in the heat. Some flowers were a little wilted, but it was still a beautiful arrangement.
