Great place with good customer service
I visited this flower shop to purchase a dozen roses for my daughter’s sorority event, but I was disappointed with their appearance. When I inquired about their freshness, the staff member reacted unprofessionally—snapping off a petal and insisting they had arrived that morning. His tone was dismissive, and he abruptly offered a refund rather than addressing my concerns. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
