Very nice community aged care centre, its mainly for Serbian people but they do take Australians. If you are looking to send a relative here you will need to go on a BIG waiting list. Pennwood is directly across from my house and when my mum got lung cancer I tried for 2 years to get her in Pennwood but alas she passed in hospital, so put ur name down ASAP
My Mum Dimitra, just came out of Pennwood after many weeks after Transitional Care. I can't speak highly of the Staff there or the Facilities. She finally came Home yesterday, she spent half an hour at home and said she wanted to go back.
I can’t say enough how great our Penwood experience was.My mum spent 7 weeks there after taking a fall. The facility was great it was big and clean the food was great . The staff treated mum so well . her room was modern and huge with a view and a bench seat directly outside in a secure tranquil setting. Pennwood keep the Fantastic work up because most other facilities are quite bad ,never let this happen to you .The Staff on all levels were very nice and eager to help they made mums stay as great as it could be in her situa... read more
