We received prompt, excellent service from Pennwood. They removed our old gas stove and installed a new one within a few hours.

I never leave bad reviews, and it genuinely frustrates me to write this one, but this experience left me with no choice. With winter approaching, we decided to invest in a pellet stove and made a point to support a local business by choosing Pennwood. We selected a used stove, called afterward, and were told our name had been placed on the unit. We have very limited selection in our local area. Stopped by and was amazed at all the products they have. I looked at a wood stove and bought it well under msrp. Salesman Doug was great to work with. There was one small issue with the wood stove soon ill see if it will be rectified. Their willing to deliver the part once it arrives or UPS it. They have dozens of wood stoves , outdoor furniture, Dam nice everything!!!!! And its only 1hr 4 minutes from where I live, well worth it.
