My experience with the Service Department has been stellar!! Geoff was very helpful and professional in providing me information on Pennwood's services for gas fireplaces and upfront about their availability (as a new customer I would need to wait until Spring - a couple of months for service - but he would keep me on their callback list to contact in the Spring).
