We were gonna buy our pellet stove from here. Luckily, we didn't. I purchased a Napoleon grill on a Wednesday but they didn't have one in stock. They told us that it should be there by Friday. Friday came.. we didn't hear from them. Monday and Tuesday came. Nothing. My husband called them to see if there's any update. They said, they'd call him back. No call back. I never leave bad reviews, and it genuinely frustrates me to write this one, but this experience left me with no choice. With winter approaching, we decided to invest in a pellet stove and made a point to support a local business by choosing Pennwood. We selected a used stove, called afterward, and were told our name had been placed on the unit.
