So I know this is the corperate office and this reciew pertains to the tech department out of your Texas facility but this was the only option for leaving my review. I wanted to recognize your tech department specifically Roy H. He went way above & beyond to help me figure out how to restore my vehicles alternator back to a PennTex factory built unit. You people are making an unacceptable level of noise behind my home. I realize you have a job that needs to get done, but you should consider the actual people who live in homes along the area where you are working. You are working on a BIG property, and you are digging, and banging into rock, right next to the homes. Very unprofessional.
