Arriving for my oil change three weeks after scheduling, I waited an hour before asking the status. They told me they were waiting on the filter to arrive. They drained the car and removed the filter before determining they did not have what they needed to proceed! Close to two hours in, I asked for a third time if the part was arriving. We like this spot. I bring my car there for inspection. We buy our gas here, also. I like the guy who runs the place.
To be fair I have only had oil changes here but they seem very bright and kind and competent.
I purchased a oil change online from this place they literally scheduled me for an appointment 2 months away. Smells like a scam to me or just bad business practices. There's no way 2 months for a oil change. Hopefully I can receive a refund.
