This was first time at Pennsylvania Motors. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency they dealt with the correcting the repairs another garage had badly done previously. Everything was explained simply for me. Thank you.
Been to these guys throughout uni and they were always helpful and explained the issue in detail. Recently had a water pump, which they fitted, break early and despite being out of warranty, they still gave me loads of help chasing suppliers to get some money back on it even though it wouldn't bring them any money. Really nice guys
Excellent experience from start to finish from Pennsylvania motors who examined my BMW's brake pads & disks for free in February, advising me to return when the warning light came on. Today (23 May) I had new front & rear pads supplied & fitted for a very reasonable £280. A dealership would have replaced the pads and disks as standard practice, and charged me three times that amount. Penn motors, Exeter, are a fantastic local business!
