I recently won $4K and came here to claim it. A week goes by and I get a letter in the mail saying the courts took my winnings for a outstanding balance, even though I pay them monthly. Be mindful before claiming your winnings or you might end up just another LOSER like me...

Horrible the way they distribute books. The closer you live to this headquarters, the better your chances to hit big on scratch off tickets. The further you live, say Western PA, the worse your chances to win $1000+ on a $20-$50 scratcher. Seems like you always see the same people winning big hits in the same areas... They need to do a better job distributing the books across the state!! 👎👎👎👎
If you're delivering to this place make a right at the light before you get to the building otherwise you'll have to go down to the intersection past the building past the fire department and do a u-turn come back to the light then you'll make a left drive down look drive pretty slow it's going to be that next left hand and drinks you'll see the sign for telling you to come in this is for semi truck drivers
