I brought this house 3 years ago and had nothing but problems with PHFA. in the past year my finances had slightly changed. i made a agreement with the representative to pay Bi weekly so the mortgage would be paid monthly. PHFAs agreement clearly states that the whole amount has to be paid by the 16th of every month. Although i have made this agreement, and they are being paid monthly, I'm being charged a late fee plus being reported to the credit bureaus every month!
