All medical practices should be this efficient. They are just great.
I had an appt with both Dr. Shurman (who is the co-owner of not just this office but all of Dermatology Partners) and Dr. Singer. Each came in separately and neither introduced themselves so I did not know who I was speaking with either time. Both were dismissive, but Dr. Shurman was downright rude and unpleasant. In addition, Dr. Shurman recommended a surgeon saying, “if I was having this done this is who I would want to do it” but when I looked up that surgeon’s reviews, they were not good. Kate always takes time and provides a personal touch.
This was my first visit here and it was excellent! I had scheduled for a suspicious lesion on my chest, but they also made time to do a full assessment for me. The PA Kate and her assistant, Sakya took great care of me, removing the lesion and also a skin tag that's been bothering me. Explanations and instructions were well provided. Kate and Sakya were highly skilled, caring and compassionate, and I am so thankful to have found Dermatology Partners!
Staff are friendly and easygoing. Thanks for all that you do.
