Their website is broken in many places. It won’t accept addresses calling them invalid. You can’t even “verify” info. (I’m not a robot verification.) NO ONE WOULD HELP.. I’ve called 5 times. You get a limited amount of time to talk to them then they say good bye and disconnect you. Incredibly inefficient state agency. I’ve been waiting since November for my ID card.
