Old Forge, PA- 08/11/2016 After they came to remove old asphalt to prepare for paving the street, they preceded to wash down their machinery leaving about 2" of dirt and and mud along the roadway that was then washed down sewer drain by rain partially clogging it. They came back, paved the street and pushed excess asphalt down the sewer drain completely encasing the drainage pipe totally clogging it.
