I took a 2000 Ford E-350 to get an alignment done at 8:00AM. They told me that they need to change the tie rod. I said ok. later they called me saying ball joints need to be changed... I said ok. After 4 and a half hours they called, the vehicle was done. THE BILL WAS OVER 2,500$ TOTAL!!!! 1,043.92$ in parts (4 tie rods and 4 ball joints) 1,375.00$ for 11 hours of work ?!? when the vehicle sat there for about 4-5 hours! +tax ended up to $2,551.71 This is ridiculous!!!
