I have tried to get into these apartments for months always says it has availability when lizzio called she asked me a few questions. And I answered all of them throughly. I proceeded to tell her I have a service dog. With papers and the official documentation. She began to tell me there are no animals only cats allowed. Ask what breed I have. Dianne has been the best and a great help in me moving in !!!
For the most part I have been very happy here at Penn side manor apartments, met some great neighbors, many not here. And especially the manager there Dianne Lizzio. She has been a great person, caring and always has a listening ear to resolve issues. She is bright, caring, and quite professional in her mannerisms. She has been an asset to this housing units. I have been a tenant here for 20 years. Miriam Vega Vargas!
