Mike is amazing and I wish I remembered the other guy's name that came with him yesterday to pick me up and take me to the ER but please thank him too. I felt like I was going to pass out and my little 7 year old daughter was with me. They were so calming and reassuring that I was okay. They talked to my daughter and made her smile. Female emt laughed at me last night while I was distraught. Pennsauken ems workers need to be trained to handle domestic violence situations. This female needs to be trained or fired.

On 8/4, my stepfather called 911 because my mom was very unwell—she was vomiting and unable to stand. When the ambulance arrived, instead of bringing the stretcher inside, the technicians forced her to walk outside, even though she could barely move. They also yelled at her for vomiting, something she couldn’t control, which we later found out was due to a stroke. These people showed up when I called 911 on aug 8th between 6am-7am for excruciating pain worst service ever first time in an Ambulance from the 2 gentleman. the gentleman that was sitting in the back with me was yelling at me as if he was a police officer , then told me if I threw up that he was going to make me clean it up , then we arrive at the hospital (Jefferson) soon as I get out to throw up he’s yelling at me as I’m throwing up ,told me I couldn’t throw up outside like who says stuff like that to a person as their in... read more
