This people is not professional when you want make apoiment the attention is bad .
Please Do Not Trust their MRI reports! All of my MRI’s were done there but their report said “ no images to compare to” Sent my new Dr a report that said nothing was wrong. After questioning the radiologist findings, they asked me to send them a copy or verify the date that they did the study. It makes me question every report ever done there and there were many. They have the rudest customer service ever! Natalie should NOT be the face of the office. Her tone is condescending she lied saying she couldn’t verify my insurance so that she didn’t have to give me an appointment. I gave her my actual card and she never looked at it but that was the very information that she needed to actually schedule it. I guess because I was the only African American in the office she felt the need to give me a hard time. Black women this place doesn’t want our business.
The technician David was awesome he put my mind at ease. Very friendly and talkative
