Grateful that my visit at the Kuser Rd location was quick, but unfortunately, the staff was not welcoming at all. When I asked simple questions that required a yes or no answer, I was met with rude and sarcastic responses instead of basic courtesy. You never know what someone might be going through, and a little kindness can go a long way. Sadly, the attitude I encountered just made an already difficult day a bit harder.
Excellent experience while getting my mammogram today. The technician Linda was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Explained everything to me during procedure. Will be going there from now on!

Team was so kind and helpful. The technician Sean was amazing! A+ He helped me calm down and was very sincere during the procedure. He made sure to comfort me regarding my anxiety of getting this test done. Definitely will visit again!
Total disregard of patient's time. Had an appointment at 11.15 for my son. Waited till 11.40 before i approached the window. Answer i got its been busy this morning. Thats not my problem. I set up an appointment for a reason. My time is very valuable too . When I asked whats the point of appointment no answer.
