What can we say that isnt already known about this place. I called to get directions to their satellite office for an exam. The receptionist told me it was across the street from a barbershop, I guess someone needs to teach Rosita her up and down from her left and her right. The satellite office is to the left of the barbershop. That was the first wonderful information I received. Very poor patient experience from start to finish. This was for their ultrasound services in Hamilton. On two separate occasions, when you enter, there is no one to greet you at the front desk. After waiting 10+ minutes, staff come out and check you in and then promptly leave. All the staff avoided eye contact that day. When I was brought back, I passed by an open door and the staff was texting in the back. The ultrasound tech was not very friendly. You do not get to speak with a radiologist. I just got my mammogram done today with Linda and she was amazing thanks for being so kind and made this process feel so much comfortable for me .shes so gentle very professional and i highly recommend Mercer diagnostic imaging on Hamilton office.great place great treatment 10/10!!
