Hamilton location on WH Merceville Rd. 1 star for the Front office receptionist. She was cold and very unfriendly. I don't understand lack of manners in young people today. No eye contact on the phone ignored two people in line for 10 minutes waiting to sign in and a smile? Are you kidding! The technician was GREAT. 5 stars for her. Sweet positive attiude. Office was neat and clean. I was taken 15 minutes after my insurance information was completed.
