Good mechanics, friendly staff. Got me in the same day for inspection & emissions.
Farai and the staff at Penn’s Mobil are fantastic! I’ve been taking my car here for 7 years and I always get fast, high-quality service at a low price. Farai knows all of his customers by name—I recently bumped into him while he was out shopping with his family and he went out of his way to say hello. I tell all of my family and friends to go to Penn’s Mobil. Having a mechanic you can trust is invaluable!
Very poor business skills. Was not informed of a $145 fee to look at vehicle. Would not credit the fee even if I had the work done by him. Unwilling to comprise at all. AND his professional “diagnostic” as he referenced was INCORRECT.
Very disappointed with the pricing this time. Last time I did an oil change here, I brought my own oil, and it cost me around $35, which felt fair. This time, I replaced one tire and had an inspection for my diesel car and they charged me $150. I have called another shop earlier, and they quoted me less than $100 for the same work even pep boy offering cheaper price.
