I have been using Pennock for a year as a rental space and ordering flowers from Jay. Since Jay has been working with ordering I’ve been so impressed with the variety of flowers I didn’t think I could get in Jacksonville and how sweet and kind not only he is but the entire staff. Horrible customer service. They were extremely rude to me and and all i did was ask a question and the gentlemen said he was too busy for this and hung up on me. i will def never have anything to so with them because of it.
All of the people at Pennock have been helpful with me although Jay is my most favorite flower dealer ever. I recently put in a rather large order and they were delivered in PERFECT condition. Not one single bud was bad which is kind of unheard of so color me every shade of impressed! Thanks Jay, and everyone at Pennock, for all that you do to help make Madison Delilah Floral a success!
Pennock and its employee are bad at customer service. My mom company has an account there. I went to get her flowers and the workers there are doing other things than helping me out. I ask several workers for help finding certain flowers. No help at all. I got all the sorry management names from Andrew. He help me out very good. The rest were to busy with other things. Larry Mccall Brad Morgan and Mike Bratcher these salesman need to find other jobs. Andrew thanks for helping me out.
I enjoy your open house very much. The luncheon quite good,the banana pudding was excellent.
