Lovely facility amazing staff the best therapy department in Bedford county a nice loving and caring place.
My dad is 92 years old with dementia. He had Covid as did my sister who he lived with. Christina who is an operator answering calls refused to update his health to me saying I wasn’t on the list and I am on the list . I asked to talk to supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor. Really a switch board operator is the supervisor. She won’t admit she’s wrong. My great grandmother katie shipe was here many years ago before she passed away he passed away here 1983 she lived in bedford pa I was very close to her .miss her alot ..this place was always kept clean all the nursing staff was so nice I was little and I remember
I was at Penn Knoll for over a month after being in the hospital for almost 2 months due to Covid. I was on a vent for 6 weeks. I was transferred to Penn Knoll for rehab. I came with a trach and feeding tube. The staff were very encouraging and made each step in my recovery easier. I had wonderful therapists that helped with my physical recovery but also were supportive with my emotional state of mind . The same thing applied to the nurses and aids.
