Wow!!! What a great system and team. Shelby and his team have done 2 loans for us and by far the easiest and clearest process we have ever had. We've had lenders before and they were nightmares compared to Shelby and his team.

Initial communication was good but as the process moved forward,after a frustrating process of delivering information,the communication became sporadic and only initiated by me. Eventually when it seemed that evidently they couldn't work with my wife and I due to her lack of credit,the communication stopped without a yes or no moving forward. A very bad way to run a business. Just disappointed.
