I waited almost 3 1/2 years for cataract surgery. They kept loosing my referrals? Referrals not forwarded to Pennington clinic from Port Augusta Hospital. They gaslighted me when I became frustrated with my deteriorating vision and all the delays. If only they were up front and honest it would have saved my time waiting, waiting and waiting. Receptionists seem like they don't know what they're doing, not friendly either. Process of getting eye exams and laser was confusing and not really well explained. Questioned whether I was getting scammed. Doctors were professional though and are skilled at what they do.
The premises is unsuitable for wheelchair access. Cramped ramps, doorways too narrow, hallways very tight, mirror for eye chart unable to be seen. Highly qualified doctors instill confidence.
Amazing service. Knowledgeable and very professional. All the doctors were amazing, with a special thanks for Callisto for being so caring, patient and interested in identifying the problem.
Dr. Chan is a very professional and considerate doctor. My partner had blurred vision suddenly and we were so worried about it. Dr. Chan understood our concerns and did all his best to help us. We were so lucky to meet him. And My partner’s eyes are so much better now. We really appreciate it! Thank you Dr. Chan. 😊😊😊
