They were very friendly and took good care of me. Would highly recommend!
I can't begin to describe the physical torture Dr. Pennington and her staff inflicted on my 80 year old Mom. It was so horrendous that we stopped payment on the check and filed a complaint with the GA Board of Dentistry which was rejected due to "no witnesses". Who takes witnesses in to a procedure room? Pennington put a lien on my Mom's property and waited 5 years for her to pass away before she could collect. ZERO STARS. I went in complaining of pain because one of my wisdom teeth had partially erupted and it hurt. I also told her I felt like I had an infection in my upper one that was also partially erupted. She said it would be fine and pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth without first treating the infection that she confirmed I had. I wound up with an infection that was so bad I had to be hospitalized in the ICU for 5 days, due to cellulitis that turned into sepsis and subsequently, septic shock. After being referred by Dr. Olson, Dr. Pennington squeezed me in and extracted a broken tooth yesterday morning. From the front desk to everyone that took care of me in the back, I can’t sing their praises enough. Everyone was so sweet and understanding of my tremendous fear of dental work. Highly recommended!! Thank you ladies!
