I was planning to wait a few months before leaving a review, but I've been coming here for 3 weeks now, 3x per week, and I I'm 100% confident leaving a 5-star review. I'm brand new to CrossFit and had some reservations about it before trying it, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. The environment is super motivating and welcoming, the coaches are fantastic, and I really feel like they're giving me the individual attention I need to safely learn the movements with proper form.
