Lack of communication. Poor customer service. Not good for the community.
Have rented two different homes in Conway from Pennington Companies; would absolutely recommend their homes. John is very conscientious, and is available for any concerns I have ever had. The neighborhood that I've been in and am currently living in is very well kept, the houses are nice looking, and the floor plans are ideal for a small family or couple.
