Please check out the great studies being done at the Pennington Bio Research Center. You get some great check ups, a nurse is always on hand, and it’s FREE. In fact, most give you a financial allowance that pays for your gas to get there. I also have a free membership in the YMCA. Lots of openings available!

Have been involved in the "Look Ahead" Diabetic study since the beginning. Learned so much about diabetes and how to take care of myself. Their programs are excellent
