I dropped off my vehicle on Monday & picked it up on Friday, for rear end collision damage. The process between Pennington & my insurance was very smooth. Very friendly staff, including the cats!
It seems as though business is not being handled properly. Had several problems after having my vehicle there 3 weeks and everything not being fixed upon picking it up. I only received excuse after excuse I am not a mechanic or Collision specialists so they should have taken care of any and every issue to repair my vehicle. My concern is are they ase-certified or collision specialist.
