Great care and professionalism amongst the staff .polite well mannered and easy to talk to very happy with everyone involved
I ATTENDED THE CENTER WITH A FRIEND ,WHO HAD A 9.AM APPOINTMENT, ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL IN AND ASKED TO WAIT BY THE RECEPTIONIST. AFTER AN HOUR, WENT BACK TO THE DESK AND WAS TOLD WE HAD NOT BEEN BOOKED IN ON ARRIVAL. IN TOTAL WE SPENT OVER 2 HOURS IN THERE.. I'M THANKFUL IT WAS A ONE OFF , I WOULD'NT WANT TO GO AGAIN.
